"Beyond Words - The Alchemy of Books" offers a sensory experience that bridges the gap between the intangible and the tactile.

While browsing the shelves of a local bookstore, I unexpectedly stumbled upon a time-worn philosophical book titled "Essai Sur l’Homme" from the year 1833. I decided to extract the textual part from its pages, thereby dividing the abstract and ephemeral realm of ideas from the enduring, tangible nature of the physical world.

Dismantling the same book even further, I reduced some of its pages to paper pulp, blending profound ideas in my relentless kitchen blender. Through the process of shaping this pulp into molds, new pages emerged, bearing fragments that serve as reminders of the book's previous life.

Continuing my exploration, I acquired six abandoned library books and created 'The Archive.' The very structure of these books dissolved entirely, leaving behind only their underlying building blocks.

During the creation of this project, I explored the fundamental nature that defines an object, the significance and nostalgic value of a tangible medium, and the dynamic interaction between our memory and imagination as we engage with language, images, and art.
